Made-to-Order Products

All products available at Printwearonline are made to order using a print-on-demand production process. This means each item is custom produced after an order is placed and is not kept in stock.

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications, personalized items, or products manufactured on demand.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color choice

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Minor print placement variations (within standard production tolerance)

We do not offer size or color exchanges.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund.

To report an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo evidence of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
In most cases, returning the damaged product is not required.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Delivery refusal

We may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or issue a partial refund excluding production and shipping costs.
