Order Processing Time

All products are made to order using a print-on-demand production process.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
This processing time includes printing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or high demand periods.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 4–10 business days

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs, and local postal services.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship worldwide, including:

  • European Union

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • Other international destinations

All orders are delivered directly to the customer’s shipping address.

We do not offer delivery to collection points or local pickup.


Shipping Costs

We provide free shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the carrier’s system after shipment.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed package

We may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or a partial refund excluding production and shipping costs.


Delays & External Factors

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • International logistics disruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:
