2. Products & Made-to-Order Production

All products sold on this website are made to order using a print-on-demand production process.

This means:

  • Products are not kept in stock

  • Each item is produced only after the order is placed

  • Slight variations in color, print placement, and size may occur due to the production process

These variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on the website are listed in EUR (€).
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Processing time includes production, quality control, and packaging.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high demand periods, processing times may be extended.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 4–10 business days

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carriers, or external factors beyond our control.

All orders are shipped directly to the customer’s provided address.
We do not offer local pickup or delivery to collection points.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Color choice

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

We do not offer size or color exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, customers are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order, produced on demand, or personalized.

As our products are manufactured specifically after each order is placed, they fall under this exemption.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Selecting the correct size, color, and product options

  • Reviewing order details before completing the purchase

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

9. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to collect the shipment

  • Delivery refusal

We may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or a partial refund excluding production and shipping costs.
